Refund policy

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain sealed, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Opened items will not be eligible for a return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noirvita.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that we do not supply return shipping labels.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on certain types of items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
